Personal and Commercial Use

All commissions are for personal use only.What is "personal use?"

Sharing on Social Media

Every commission will contain my signature. You are not allowed to remove my signature from the art. Please also credit me for the art by linking to my Twitter account (https://twitter.com/altenaru) or my Ko-Fi page (https://ko-fi.com/altenaru) when sharing on social media. Tagging @altenaru on Twitter counts as linking.

Workflow

Commissions can take anywhere between 1-4 weeks to complete (sometimes longer), depending on the complexity and my workload at the time. I do share WIPs throughout the entire process.Adjustments are welcome, but it depends on which phase of the commission I am drawing. I allow for the biggest adjustments during the sketch phase, but as the drawing proceeds I will only do small adjustments. I reserve the right to deny any adjustment if it is far beyond the scope of the initial commission request. Major adjustments past the sketch phase will incur another fee unless I did not include something that was in the original commission request or reference. If it was my error, it will be a free adjustment.

Payments & Refunds

Refunds are only allowed before I start drawing your commission. If work has begun, there will be no refunds.For most commissions, I request 100% of the payment up front before I begin work on your commission. To help facilitate this, I often communicate with the commissioner to ensure we are both on the same page about what to expect before payment is made.For commissions over $100, I do offer the option to split it into payments. When contacting me for a commission, please inform me that you wish to split it into payments and I will consider your request. I reserve the right to deny your request for any reason. The total amount due must be paid in full before the art is sent to you. Failure to complete your payments without notice will result in a termination of the commission request without the possibility of a refund of what you already paid.Payments will be made through a paypal invoice or through Ko-fi's commission request form.
